Kia redesigned it!
This is what it was supposed to look like:
Unless only the SX Turbo looks like the bottom one?
EDIT
Kia has it on their website now, you can configure. Good news: SX Turbo can be had with manual and loaded (leather, nav, etc) for $25,700. Not bad I suppose, it's not that much more expensive than a loaded Fiesta ST for a bigger car. I'm curious to drive one.
The pictures on the Kia website still show the grill from the lower picture. No clue what's going on there...

Not for me, but that car doesn't look half bad.

It probably has a really nice interior, knowing Kia these days.

Huh, I just configured an SX 6MT on Kia's website....loaded is 25,700

Yeah, this was the sticker shown on the above car
It's odd. The SX is $1200 more than the EX, but the premium package on the EX is 400 more than it is on the SX? So it's basically $500 different between the two for a manual SX, add $1000 for an auto

Weird...and I can't find any '14 SX cars anywhere in the US at the moment. So it seems the EX has the sedan styling in the 5-door and the SX will be the more aggressive one.

That's interesting...a Forte5 with a Forte sedan bumper swap on a dealer lot.
Maybe someone liked the Forte sedan's nose better, so they negotiated a bumper swap?

This was a post from a Forte Forum member who works at a dealer, he said it'll be 30-60 days for the SX.
The Koup has the SX styling on the EX. On Kia's site the Koup is $23,000 fully loaded with manual...that's a mighty attractive price for a 200hp turbo...

These are the ones with the turbo engines no?
Rather nice and appealing package all around.
Oh Koreans, how far they have come.

Maybe? I don't think so though...

The SX seems like a nice alternative to a Mazda 3 or a GTI

The EX is not, but the SX has the turbo out of the Veloster Turbo.

That's my thought. As I said, I'm very curious to check it out when it arrives. It may be the first car to make me really question the Sonic decision, although it does sticker about $5000 more than the Sonic...

The upside is they way they depreciate you can probably pick one up in a year or two with little miles for less than 20k.

Maybe. Hopefully in a year or two I can buy this though

Once I see some tuner numbers I'll be more interested. So far on stock cars, they've been a bit underwhelming. But I do like the good price.

Looks promising

That's a lot of power...240HP and 270 FT-LB torque
